Hi! My name is Sàde. I am one of the Braiders at braided. Braiding hair has always been a part of my life and even though it wasn’t the path I necessarily wanted for myself when I moved to America 10 years ago, I’m happy that it chose me because I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s just something about seeing my clients happy at the end of a service that lights up my heart and that is why I love what I do. My goal will always be the satisfaction of my clients so I can’t wait to have you in my chair.

Hey Beautiful, my name is Christelle, I’m a noticeably quiet stylist but feel free to talk to me and ask me any questions. I have started braiding hair since 2016 in one of my Aunt Shop, it was never my dreams to braids hair as a full-time job but nevertheless less it has become my passion, and I enjoy and love doing hair. It brought me satisfaction as I see my client happy, and they are looking beautifully getting out my chair.

Emily Tetteh

Hi, I am Emily, the social media manager and stylist at Braided. If you're in my chair, it's for a take-down service or some unisex styles. I take pride in being the fastest take-down hairstylist around, so be sure to book while I have openings. What started as a hobby and a way to escape reality has turned into a professional passion over the past two years. My specialties are natural hairstyles and locs (not faux locs). While I’m not overly talkative, I do enjoy chatting and love making people laugh and feel comfortable while delivering a luxurious experience at BraidedNewYork.

Hi, I am Juel, and I have a passion for doing hair. I have been doing hair for as long as I can remember and specialize in braiding. I became a professional stylist at Braided Salon in June of 2022. It feels good making people feel good about themselves through my work. I love being creative in diverse ways and it shows through my freestyle stitch cornrows. I am the quiet Braider that pays attention to details lol. I like to think that I have gentle hands, and my clients always agree. It is always a pleasure doing hair in this luxurious, therapeutic setting.

Hi, my name is Tewor "Tee" Massaquoi, and I am a skilled braider from Sierra Leone, West Africa, with a passion for hairstyling that began at just nine years old. After earning my Pre-Medicine/General Biology degree from Cheyney University, I chose to pursue braiding full-time, perfecting my craft and expanding my ability. Known for her calm yet fun personality, I provide a top-tier, relaxing braiding experience at Braided NewYork, ensuring all my client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
